About

I am a Ph.D. Candidate in City and Regional Planning at the University of California Berkeley, and researcher at the Terner Center for Housing Innovation. My work focuses on the use of large administrative datasets to study housing and land use policy, and my work has been published in journals including Housing Studies, Urban Studies, and Urban Environment.

I have also consulted on a range of projects related to housing and urban policy. Previous projects include the development of national pandemic rent debt estimates for PolicyLink and the creation of a displacement monitoring dashboard for the City of Seattle.
